Thank you for your interest in Parent Care 2.0.   This brief application helps us determine whether this program is likely to provide the support you're looking for at this stage of your journey.  This should take about 5 minutes to complete.

Please answer each question thoughtfully and honestly.  There are no perfect answers, only answers that help determine whether Parent Care 2.0  is appropriate for your current needs. 

This application is simply the first step.  If your responses suggest that Parent Care 2.0 may be able to help, you'll be invited to Step 2, a Parent Care Clarity Call.  During our conversation, we'll explore your situation, answer all your questions, and decide together whether Parent Care 2.0 is the next best step for you.

On a scale from 1 - 5, how ready are you to look inward and change your own thoughts and reactions, rather than trying to change your aging parent or your family members?

Parent Care 2.0 isn't just a course to watch.  It's a program to practice.  To get the most from it, you'll need to actively implement what you learn and spend approximately 1-2 hours each week watching lessons, practicing the tools in real time (with your real parent) and reflecting on your experiences.  How willing are you to make that committment?
