What Do I Get?

• I will meet with you over zoom or phone and assess the appropriate level of living situation for your parent.  
• Based on the situation that is determined to be most appropriate, I will discuss options for how care can be paid for. 
• Based on your criteria, I will conduct research on up to 10 facilities. This will include making contact to ascertain availability, cost, admission criteria etc. and will conduct a virtual tour if available for you to view later. 
• Within 5 business days you will receive a report which includes objective information on each facility so you can make your decision easily.  You will also receive a list of next steps for you to complete on your own.
