PLEASE NOTE:

Care Clinics are held each Thursday at 10:00 a.m PST. 

We will place a 5-15 minute time limit on answering each question, in an effort to avoid unnecessary backstory and context switching.

If you submit your question beyond the deadline of Wednesday at 2:00 p.m PST, you will need to either re-submit for the following week or we will ask you to type your question in the Q&A if time permits.

If you submit a question, please be available during the live Care Clinic call.  You may be taken off "mute" on zoom so we can further discuss.

There is no such thing as a stupid question, but there are lazy questions. A lazy question means that you’re clearly asking a question before doing any work or even watching any aspect of the program.
